Order conditions:
Orders are processed every weekday and are shipped within 2-3 working days. If you chose to pay with bank transfer in advance, follow the instructions of the notification e-post sent by the system. Please transfer the amount to the presented bank account together with the order number as you have received in the e-post notification. We will check the bank account twice a week.
After the succesful bank transfer a confirmation is sent to the customer and the items are prepared for the delivery.
From this point the items are shipped within 1-2 workdays. Delivery notification is sent in email with the corresponding tracking number.
We ship with the MPL locally, while DPD is utilised for international delivery. Delivery time depends from the location and
typically varies from 2-6 days.
The operation of this webshop is synchronised with EU regulations. The customer has the right to send back the items within 5 workdays after the package is taken over. The best way to check the packare right after the arrival and - if the shipment is damaged - the carrier shall be notified to pick up and deliver back the items immediatelly. We will ensure that the damaged products will be replaced and shipped again.
